THIRD WEBINAR - INANOIL SERIES
INANOIL platforms for automating analyses required by EC Regulation 2568/91: STIGMASTADIENI (Annex XVII)
EC Regulation 2568/91 (and subsequent amendments) prescribes, through the determination of specific analytical parameters, a workflow aimed at classifying olive oils into eight classes, each characterized by specific product characteristics and, consequently, a different economic value.
The analyses required by the Regulation, binding for all stakeholders in the olive oil supply chain, are characterized by a laborious sample preparation phase, which requires the use of large quantities of solvents and consumables, the widespread availability of glassware, and the need for hours of work by expert operators.
The automated INANOIL platforms offered by SRA Instruments reduce solvent consumption by up to 90%, virtually eliminating the use of glassware and consumables, and reducing sample preparation time to just a few minutes.
In this series of dedicated webinars, the various analytical platforms are illustrated in detail, highlighting the significant improvements for each in terms of savings in solvents, consumables, and sample preparation time, while maintaining the overall quality of analytical data.
This improvement is further enhanced by the reduction in random errors thanks to the complete automation of the entire process.
