Le modulateur fluidique INSIGHT-Flow de SepSolve fait appel à une opération de remplissage/purge de qualité supérieure pour une chromatographie en phase gazeuse bi-dimensionnelle robuste, répétable et abordable. Le modulateur fluidique INSIGHT-Flow est idéal pour les laboratoires de routine nécessitant une cadence d’analyse élevée, ou les laboratoires de recherche ayant des applications sur les espèces volatiles <C7, comme par exemple la recherche de biomarqueur dans l’air expiré et le profilage d’arome.

Pourquoi choisir le modulateur fluidique INSIGHT-Flow ?

  • Fonctionnement sans fluide cryogénique réduisant drastiquement les couts de fonctionnement pour la GCxGC de routine.
  • Pas de restriction de volatilité pour une analyse fiable des composés organiques volatiles (COVs) <C5 et semi volatiles (COSVs).
  • Transfer sans perte des analytes de la colonne de la première dimension vers la colonne de la deuxième dimension.
  • Excellente répétabilité pour les application de routine, stabilité des temps de rétention et des aires des pics avec un RSD typique inférieur à 5%.
  • Configuration flexible, pouvant inclure la GCxGC, l’heart-cut GC-GC, le rétrobalayage et la détection en parallèle, par exemple TOF-MS et FID.
  • Installation possible dans la plupart des GCs neufs et existants.
